Running requirements: Male - 1.6 KM in 6 minutes; Female - 1 KM in 5 minutes. High Jump: Male - 4 feet; Female - 3 feet. Shot Put: Male - 16 pounds for 16 feet; Female - 12 pounds for 12 feet.
